Welcome Drinks
& Dinner
Dress: Smart Casual
To begin our wedding weekend, please join us at the Rock Pool at 5pm for welcome drinks. We will then move on to the terrace for a light dinner.
Saturday, 5 December
Our Wedding Day
Dress: Black Tie
Ceremony
The ceremony commences at 3:30pm. All guests to arrive from 3pm and be seated by 3:15pm.
Cocktail Hour
Make your way down to the terrace for cocktails and canapés.
Reception
This lovely day leads into a spectacular night of dinner and dancing under the Karoo sky.
We can’t wait to make memories with you on the dance floor!
ACCOMODATION
Your Home for the Weekend
We would love for everyone to stay on-site with us to make the most of our wedding weekend! We have provisionally booked accommodation at Karoo One for all of our guests from Friday check-in through to Sunday check-out.
How to Book
For those who wish to book to stay at Karoo One for the weekend, you don’t need to do anything just yet! We have reserved the entire venue for our guests. Specific room confirmation and payment instructions will follow closer to the time.
Getting There
Directions
Karoo 1 Hotel Village is located roughly two and a half hours outside of Cape Town.
Simply hop onto the N1 North out of Cape Town and follow the signs toward Paarl. You will stay on the N1 for the entire trip, which takes you through the beautiful Huguenot Toll Tunnel, past Worcester, and through the stunning vineyards of the Hex River Valley.
As you pass De Doorns and head up the pass, keep a close lookout on the left side of the highway for the K1 / Karoo 1 signboards. Turn left at the turnoff and follow the short road for about 800 metres until you see the village gates ready to welcome you.
